Tokyo Ghoul Touka Personal Information

Touka is a petite female character with blue-black hair. Her fashion style seems to be that of a city boy, and when she wears a hat she almost looks like a man (although as an adult she has a lot of mature and sexy and the gap is nice). However, she also has a cute side, she loves rabbits.

She is a beautiful woman, but has a rough personality. She is over an hour late when they go to a specialized shop to make a mask for Kaneki, and there are scenes where she throws a low kick at Kaneki, making it seem like she is not a very feminine woman. However, she is very kind to her best friend Yoriko, and despite being a ghoul, she accepts the home-cooked meals that Yoriko brings and tries her best to eat them. She is very caring towards her friends, and will go out of her way to avenge her fellow Ghouls, but she also tends to act impulsively, which makes her around people worry that she might fail one day.

Although she is a ghoul, she is trying to integrate into the human world, and other ghouls describe her life as walking a tightrope. Touka's mask is an adorable white rabbit mask, likely made by Uta, a ghoul who makes masks based on her favorite rabbits. Also, her Kagune is a highly explosive Ukaku, and her fighting style of jumping around like a rabbit suits the mask. The masks worn by the Ghoul are primarily to conceal their identities from investigators, but she also wears a mask and a long wig just in case.

Touka's Friend Yoriko Kosaka

Touka's friend, Yoriko Kosaka, was the first person to invite Touka, "Let's have lunch together.". At that time she wasn't really fitting in at school. Touka's Brother Ayato Kirishima

Touka's younger brother, Ayato, initially worked with her at Anteiku, but Ayato hated the investigators who killed his father and could not understand Anteiku's coward attitude to Investigators, so he left Anteiku. The next time they meet, Touka is in high school and meets Kaneki, while Ayato is a member of the Aogiri Tree, a ghoul organization. Ayato charges into Anteiku to capture Kaneki, a Half Ghoul, but Yamori appears, creating a three-way situation. Kaneki is captured and kidnapped by Ayato, but Touka steps in to stop him. Ayato kicks his sister, knocking her unconscious. However, as we later find out, Ayato seems to have made his sister leave the scene first, thinking that Touka would be in danger in this situation with Yamori, who is said to be a madman. In Tokyo Ghoul re, they seem to have reconciled and are now working together to save Kaneki.

Touka's Father Arata Kirishima

Touka's father was an SS-rated Ghoul named Arata who had become Kaguja through repeated cannibalism. He was a single father and raised Touka and Ayato, but was discovered by investigators Mado Kureo and Shinohara Yukinori, and after a fierce battle, he was captured. Arata later had Kagune taken by the CCG, and it was later handed over to Shinohara and Koutarou Amon as Quinque. (Arata puroto type, Arata 2nd)

Arata wanted to coexist with humans, so he made a living by scavenging for human corpses instead of killing them. That's why the CCG called him the Corpse Collector.

Her father's Kagune type is Koukaku, so she probably inherited the nature of her mother's Kagune. Touka's mother does not appear in the story, but she is Yomo's older sister and is currently used as Narukami, Arima's Quinque.
