What kind of person is Jinta Hanakari ?

Jinta Hanakari is a character that appears in BLEACH, and is a boy with a distinctive red hairstyle. He works as a clerk at Urahara store. Jinta skips his duties as a store clerk, such as cleaning, and is always scolded by Tsukabishi. Jinta looks down on Tsumugi and Ururu, who work together, and she always bullies Ururu, but he always loses at rock-paper-scissors, so when it really matters, Jinta seems to lose to Ururu. Jinta seems to have a crush on Yuzu, Ichigo Kurosaki's younger sister.
