What kind of person is Isane Kotetsu?

Isane Kotetsu is a Soul Reaper who serves as the vice-captain of the 4th division, and is tall and has a nice body. Her swimsuit appearance and short hair after The Thousand-Year Blood War Arc are also well-received, including by viewers and other Soul Reapers. About Kotetsu Isane Zanpakutou

Shikai：Itegumo (凍雲)
